WIRE-Net recognizes the impact of quality infrastructure on the ability to retain and attract manufacturing firms. In 2002 WIRE-Net set out to create it’s first 5-Year Capital Investment Plan to guide our planning and advocacy efforts around area infrastructure needs. The plan outlined 10 priority projects totaling over $38 Million in needed improvements within our industrial corridors.
